I'm glad I did my research first. Nothing transforms on this Batmobile. That's ok for me because my friends son wanted the plain Batmobile. Just know that this is a Batmobile and that is it. No extra parts no frills. The thing is constructed like a tank and has nice detail. My friends son seemed to love it so that works out even better. This toy isn't really educational any more than say your average hotwheels, but the tob opens and action figures can drive it, and hey it's Batman!!! Just to add I really like the new style of the Batmobile, its really nifty.

My son loves this. We love that there aren't any bells and whistles, it's just a plain old batmobile. We use imaginext batman characters to "drive" it and usually play with it with his imaginext batman set. We look for toys that foster imaginative play. If you are looking for a toy that does that, this is it.If you are looking for one that transforms or has bells/whistles/noisemakers, keep looking.

This was a Christmas gift for my 3 year old nephew...HE LOVED IT! It was very durable and he is still playing with it. It hasn't made its way to the bottom of the toybox since it is one of his favorites.
