Initially we were really happy with this backpack. If your kid is a Ben 10 fan they'll love it. From a parents point of view I was disappointed later on. Before the end of the school year I could see through the bottom of the pack, then the entire picture of Ben 10 pealed off of the front. I thought I was going to have to buy a new pack before the end of the year. Luckily it made it, but it was so destroyed by the time school was over that it just went in the trash. My son is not that rough with his backpack and he was in kindergarten, so he wasn't hauling much everyday. I imagine this would not have made it through the year if he had been a little older.
