I bought this on a whim just because of the sale price, kind of for a stocking stuffer, throw away type item. Wow, was I wrong. It is actually very cool and much better in actuality than from the description. You wear the glove then use velcro to adhere the "repulsor" to your forearm, something easily maneuverable. This is the neat part - all you have to do is flex your fingers/hand and it makes the repulsor sound with lights but more importantly it actually works...every time!!! They say to wear it so you flex your fingers up but I also tried it flexing my fingers down which I thought would be easier for a younger child...works either way; I like it better flexing my fingers down. Finally the missles it comes with really do fire and fire too well (I aimed it at my husband for a joke and they shot out much harder than I imagined...one of us had a good laugh) Anyway you might want to take that into consideration if you have smaller children that could become targets of older...Read more

I too bought this on a whim when it was at a really good price. My 3-year-old son is crazy about Iron Man and loves this toy. It is a little big for his hand/forearm, but he's figured out that all he needs to do is bend the palm repulsor part up or down to get it to light up and make noise. He runs around the house "repulsing" all his family members. It comes with 4 missiles that shoot out a good distance(there are two slots to shoot out of and 2 slots to store the missiles). Its too bad it doesn't fit him a little better (I think it would fit a 4 or 5 year-old's hand/forearm better), but I bought it with the assumption it would be a little big for him. I wouldn't mind buying this item again as long as the price is right.

My son loves this accessory to his Iron Man costume! The darts are rather small, so when he shoots them they can easily get lost under the couch. Other than that, it's a great product. He totally feels like IRON MAN!!!
