Iron Man Backpack

a standard size back pack, much like what you would find in walmart. My son loves it, i wish it had an extra pocket or another zipper area but it works and he is happy so, so am I

I bought this set for my 3 year old for Preschool. He was very excited about the Iron Man theme. The lunch bag attaches to the outside front of the backpack using two velcro straps. The items have held up okay but the velcro attachment straps began to fray right away. The material for the lunch box is the same as the backpack, simply, thin, plastic like material. The lunchbox isn't insulated or padded. There are no pockets in or outside of either items. When the lunch bag and the backpack were full it was too heavy for my son to carry on his back. The backpack is large and becomes bulky with the lunch bag attached. For a first backpack for school it worked great. It wasn't going to last long so we retired it a few months after we started using them. Now we just use the them on occasion. He needed a more durable set. The idea is nice but attaching the lunch box to the outside and no outside pockets on the backpack was unrealistic for everyday use.
