Persona 3 Aigis (Aegis) Figma Action Figure

Well, this is the newest in Figma's 2009 lineup. Now like my last Figma review, i'll go over a few important points. I'll go over the positive things first, then the not so positive ones.

1st of all, shes tiny, and feels quite frail. She's about an inch taller than a can of coke and when i took her out of the box I thought wow, she weighs next to nothing. So you really need to be careful with her. She probably wont break too easily if your careful, but this is definitely not a toy for children to play with. A young child will no doubt break Aegis in an hour or so of rough play. She is made to be posed, and perhaps played with lightly, but its more for show than anything else.

Like all Figma's she comes with a myriad of accessories. 10 Hands, for different poses, 2 included look like their made to hold something...but she comes with nothing to hold. weird, anyway, 10 hands = a ton of possible poses etc. She even comes with the Rocket Punch weapon which was one of...Read more

Needless to say I am a fan of persona 3 and bought this upon looking at the pictures and seeing the excellent quality. However this is my first figma product and the size of this product is greatly under spoken. I have taken the liberty of measuring it for you and though the box it comes in is fairly large the product itself is only about 5-6 inches tall and less then the width of a ruler. I would recommend that you do not stop your consideration of this product on that note however. I was initially given a very late delivery date (as you probably will if you choose to purchase the item) but after less then a week of waiting it arrived directly from tokyo japan. The box is a collector's dream marked with various japanese kanji or symbols and amount the few words written in english are "figma" and "For sale in Japan only". Overall its a really cool toy but when i opened it i noticed that she was really faded and yellowish and her hands were really loose.
