I did not purchase this turntable for the purposes for which it apparently was intended but rather used it in a video in which several dolls were placed on the mirror top and allowed to rotate and show all sides of each doll. I was very pleased with the display stand since it was relatively quiet and allowed for it to be switched off and on. Well packaged. I do not know about its life expectancy but it certainly seemed to work well.

Not the most durable little gadget and kinda expensive for what it is--but it does exactly what I need it to do. Good little rotating display with a mirror. My only complaint is that it wobbles a bit and it seems kind of weak. Maybe if it was made in Germany instead of China, the quality would be better and the cost more justified.

If you are looking for a just a rotating display this is fine. I was looking for something that rotated in a clockwise direction. I did not get it! My Thanksgiving dolls now "dance" backwards. Contacted the seller but never recieved an email back. Buyer beware! This display only rotates counterclockwise
