Bred to pull the Roman Gypsy's caravans, the Gypsy Vanner Horse is a pony-sized, light draft-type horse. Its attributes are long flowing manes, tails and feathers that start well above the knee and hocks on its legs. The Gypsy King is a wonderful representation of the breed and was the first foundation stallion to be imported to the United States from Europe.

Summary: Gypsy King 2005-01-29
Comment: I got Gypsy for christmas about 2 years ago and she's been great ever since. He's never broken evan though he has some scratches, and he stands up fine and I think that he would be a better breyer model for you to get for little kids as well as older kids because of his thick shape. In other words, he won't break. As far as education goes, Gypsy is very educational because, not only is he a real horse but his shape really brings out the character of a Gypsy Vanner horse. If you get this model as a gift for someone, they'll have a blast!

Comment: Very pretty! I bought him for my little cousin's birthday. She loved it! She screamed when she tore the paper off. She loves horses. She takes very good care of him. He does have some cuts but what do you expect form a 6 year old? Very good gift! No other horse is better for a little girl.

Comment: He's ok. He is pretty but he's easy to break. My little sister got a hold on him and broke his lifted leg off, she scratched him, and broke off an ear. I'm disappointed.
